Delete your account

Request deletion of your Truely account and everything associated with it. Paste your user ID below and we'll take care of the rest.

Open the Truely Android app and go to Settings → Account to find and copy your user ID.

This request is permanent. Once processed, your account and its data can't be recovered.

What gets deleted

  • Your account and profile
  • Your fact-check, AI detection, research, and person search history
  • Any images or links you submitted for analysis
  • Your subscription record with us (cancel the subscription in Google Play separately)

How long it takes

Requests are reviewed and actioned within 30 days. We may keep limited records where we're legally required to — for example, billing records for tax purposes.
